What we collect

• Contact and quote forms: your name, email address, optional phone number, your message or project description, the service you are interested in, and whether you would like a call back.
• Booking a call: your name, email address, phone number, and the date and time you choose.
• Client portal: messages you send us, and files, feedback and approvals you share with us about your project.
• Basic technical information that our hosting provider records automatically when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, quote request or booking.
• To call you at the number you gave us, at your scheduled time, or when you ask for a call back.
• To send confirmations and project updates related to your request.
• To deliver the work you hire us for and manage your project.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Emails we send

When you submit a form or book a call, we send you an automatic confirmation. If you become a client, we send project notifications related to your portal. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who handles your information

We use service providers to run the site: our website platform and hosting provider (Base44), which also sends our emails and stores form submissions. These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We currently accept payments by Zelle or check, so we do not collect card numbers on this site. If we add online card payments, those will be handled by a payment processor and this policy will be updated first.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our platform may use essential cookies or browser storage that keep you signed in to the client portal.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver work, and meet our business and legal needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Use the contact form at jdesignconsulting.com/contact and include the email address you used, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you prefer email only, leave the "Prefer a call back?" box unchecked and we will reply by email.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
